Boxing and Kicking Combo
BoxSquad X incorporates functional training using a range of fitness tools specific for this class. It’s a workout that challenges you both mentally and physically giving you that ultimate feeling of adrenaline and excitement. A full body workout that will get you fitter, stronger, and more toned – fast! A squad, of no more than 12 people, partner up with each other to take their boxing techniques to the next level. Boxing gloves and disposable latex inner gloves are provided. Quick Wraps are available for purchase at reception.

Never experienced BoxSquad? There are different options of BoxSquad X available. Please discuss your fitness level with one of our Results Based Trainers (contact via your Club Reception).
