Phyzique is a physically intense weights-based training programme that helps you to attain a more muscular physique and sharper definition. It’s just the thing for those wanting to build up muscle or who love a challenge (or both!).
The results.
Phyzique will instill correct weight training techniques and help you to improve:
- The development and condition of key muscle groups.
- The size and shape of specific muscles.
- Your ability to burn fat.
- Your overall strength.
- Your quality of life (by giving you more energy – and reducing your stress).
How it works.
All you need to do is commit for a minimum of six 30-minute sessions. Your Results-Based Trainer will then:
- Design a programme with a free weights focus and including intensification principles such as super-sets, drop-sets, shock sets and matrix training
- Motivate and encourage you through your extreme workouts.
- Push your body to the limit (though this will be balanced with proven recovery principles).
- Offer nutritional and supplementary advice in line with your health and fitness goals.
It’s up to you, but we recommend doing one session a week to get noticeable results.
