Get fighting fit fast!
Fighting Fit is a great way to enjoy a fast-paced cardio workout and build up your confidence at the same time. The sessions focus on one-on-one boxing, kick-boxing or circuit training and are ideal for anyone looking for greater variety in their workouts.

As well as learning correct boxing and self-defence techniques (and having heaps of fun), Fighting Fit will help you achieve:
- Increased fitness levels
- Reduced body fat
- Improved muscle definition
- Increased strength and power
- Improved self-esteem/confidence
- Decreased stress levels
How it works.
All you need to do is commit for a minimum of six 30-minute sessions. Your Fighting Fit Trainer will then:
- Design a targeted workout based on some of the following options:
- Boxing 1-on-1
- Kick-Boxing 1-on-1
- Circuit 1-on-1
- Circuit 1-on-2 - Offer nutritional advice in line with your health and fitness goals
- Manage and monitor your progress to keep you motivated and on track
It’s up to you, but we recommend doing one session a week for the best results.
NB: All of our Fighting Fit Trainers are experienced in either boxing or martial arts.
