Sha has eight years’ personal training experience and has represented New Zealand in Open Mixed Touch for the past nine years. Her twin passions are touch rugby and spin cycling and her strengths are body shaping, kickboxing and sports specific training.  Sha is a motivated and dedicated trainer who's drive and determination have seen her succeed as a World Champion!  Sha will motivate, manage and inspire you to achieve your goals and teach you how to maintain your results so that you can enjoy a healthier and more fufilling lifestyle.

An experienced Results-Based Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, Tracy specialises in helping people tone up and slim down – particularly pre-natal women or those wanting to get back in shape after having a child. Her passion is body shaping and she’s had considerable competition success in this area. Tracy also coaches her children in gymnastics.
