Pilates is now on the Group Exercise Timetable
We are excited to announce that Pilates is back on the group exercise timetable.
Karla is taking class every Sunday morning at 10.15am, after the completion of Muscle Express in the Group Exercise studio.
Class runs for 45 minutes and is centred on core, strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and co-ordination.
This is your body maintenence class for the week! Karla will focus on exercises which work your body from the inside out, bringing about awareness of how your body moves.

Bringing your own Pilates mat is encouraged but not essential.
