YOUTHFit Squad Training has two key concepts; a more results based approach, and the bringing together of those with similar exercise needs in a supportive environment.  Examples of Squads that can be delivered are:

  • Core Training

  • Catch-up Quick
  • Sports specific/pre season
  • Dance / Fusion
  • Getting Started
  • Weight Training Technique

Each Squad has its own purpose and outcomes with Squad numbers being set prior to commencing each term and running subject to registrations.
