Feel on top of the world with Peak Fitness An extremely popular course, Peak Fitness challenges you to ‘climb’ eight mountains in eight weeks by exercising consistently and regularly. You earn one boot print for every 10 or 15 minutes of exercise completed (depending on whether you’re a Beginner or Advanced), with each boot print getting you closer to the top of each of mountain. Includes a Peak Fitness card for tracking your progress and it’s free.
