Faster, faster, faster!
Need for speed is an action-packed course designed to improve speed and conditioning specific to any ball sport that involves multi-directional movement. Using the most up-to-date principles and methods, it helps you with acceleration, power, 1-on-1 evasion and direction change.

  • Runs from late Jan to early March 
  • Perfect preparation for winter sports
  • Six one-hour sessions at Fraser Park extension
  • Gets more intense as the course and your fitness progresses
