If you join or renew your membership for 12 months, we want you to enjoy 12 months’ access to the club. So, if you find you need to take a break from Lifestyle, suspend your membership and we’ll compensate you for any ‘unused’ time.

• Free service (no processing fee)
• No reason needed, no questions asked
• Easy to apply – just download an application form and drop it in or post it to us
• Available to all members, whether you pay by cash or direct debit
• Payments continue as normal – a suspension simply adds a ‘time credit’ to your expiry date
• You’ll receive written confirmation of your suspension

Got an open contract or rollover membership?
Since there’s no renewable date to extend, we can’t suspend your membership. Instead, we offer a Reserve Rate service. Similar to membership suspension, it means you can keep your existing price and membership privileges.
