Want to improve your sporting performance? Regardless of which code you play, Hi-performance will help you take your performance to the next level.

The results
As well as teaching you specific exercises that enhance your performance, Hi-Performance training sessions are designed to help you improve your:

  • Explosive power
  • Speed
  • Agility
  • Acceleration
  • Evasion techniques
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Fitness (both anaerobic and aerobic)
  • Core body strength

How it works
All you need to do is commit to a minimum of six 30-minutes sessions. Your Hi-Performance trainer will then:

  • Offer you the most up-to-date and effective training methods within speed training sessions, plyometrics or gym-based sessions
  • Provide nutritional advice in line with your health and fitness goals
  • Manage and monitor your progress against agreed benchmarks to keep you motivated and on track

It’s up to you, but we recommend doing one session a week to get noticeable results.

NB: All of our Hi-Performance trainers are accredited with Sports Science New Zealand and have the qualifications and expertise to enhance your sporting achievements.
