Here are a sample of the resistance training programmes that our fitness consulting team prescribe to to give you some ideas. You can download a PDF file of any of these programmes.
Standard Programmes:
A great program to get you into the groove of weight training. Specifically designed for the novice gym goer, these programmes will lay the foundation for a stronger, more toned you.
Intermediate Programmes:
The next step up in our program range, this work-out progresses into slightly more advanced and intense exercises. A great way to ramp up your training.
