Group Exercise classes
Get the results you want faster and have fun doing it! Here’s a quick run down on each of our Group Exercise classes.

  • Muscle Express - 35 minute class
    A weights-to-music work out based on fundamental weight training principles and designed to improve your muscular strength and body shape. Uncomplicated movements so minimal co-ordination required.

  • Step - 45 minute class
    A fat burning class where you'll learn all the basic Step moves.  Body conditioning included.

  • Ever Active - 45 minute class
    A light-pace workout to improve your overall health and well-being. Ideal for senior members or anyone new to exercise.

  • Ever Active Strength - 45 minute class
    Use hand-held weights in this light paced class to improve your core strength, balance and stability and help offset osteoporosis.  Ideal for our senior members or anyone new to exercise.

  • Classical Pilates Level 1 - 45 minute class
    Increase your core strength, stamina, and enhance your co-ordination.  Work on your balance, breathing, posture and concentration as well as improving your ability to relax.

  • Classical Pilates Level 2 - 45 minute class
    The next progression from our Level 1 class.  Be prepared to experience a dynamic challenging workout.  Mats provided.

  • Beginners’ Yoga - 55 minute class
    Learn all the basic yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques in this gentle introductory class. Mats provided.

  • Yoga
    Enjoy better posture, increased energy and sense of well-being in this intermediate level class designed to relieve stress and increase your flexibility and strength. Mats provided.

  • Fusion - 45 minute class
    A high intensity fitness class using low impact aerobic moves cleverly choreographed to popular R&B music.

  • Total Impact - 50 minute class
    Let the music motivate you in this fun-filled, high energy, high impact aerobics class that includes ab training. A sure way to burn calories and increase your fitness. Moderate co-ordination required.

  • Box Fit - 55 minute class
    Increase your strength and fitness and relieve stress in this easy-to-follow stress-releasing boxing and circuit training class. Minimal co-ordination required.

  • Thai Fit - 55 minute class
    Burn 10-15 calories a minute in this low impact, high intensity kick-boxing class that will tone you up in an addictive way!

  • Thai Fit Xtreme - 55 minute class
    A more intense class catering for our Thai Fit addicts.

  • Lifestyle RiDE - 50 minute class*
    Our exhilarating indoor cycling-to-music classes will increase your fitness and lower body strength while stimulating fat burning and toning of your legs and butt. Suitable for all fitness levels.  Booking fee may apply.

  • Lifestyle QuickRiDE - 30 minute class
    A shortened version of our existing RiDE class.

  • Lifestyle RiDEPlus - 60 minute class
    An extended version of our existing RiDE class.

    * All lunchtime classes except Muscle Express are 45 minutes long.
