What is the Freedom Plan?
We're serious about making it easy for you to enjoy the gym. That's why Lifestyle is offering you a special Freedom Plan as well as our range of other term membership plans.

With the Freedom Plan, you can join up and pay as you go. Simply buy the months you want, when you want them. No contract. No worries.

What makes Lifestyle different to all the other gyms?
Lifestyle has been operating in the Valley since 1989 so we’ve got a good idea of what Hutt people want. We’re down to earth and so are our members – and this is reflected in our relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We also understand that it’s not always easy to stay motivated so we do everything we can to help you achieve your fitness goals – whatever they might be.

How do I join?
Call your local club or drop in to see one of our membership consultants.

What happens once I’ve joined?
Your membership consultant will book you an appointment with a fitness consultant. After discussing what you’d like to achieve, your gym consultant will give you a programme to get you started. They’ll also catch up with you regularly to update your programme and see how you’re going.

Can I use both gyms?
Yes, you can.

What are busiest times?
Generally, before work (7 – 8.30am), lunchtime and after work (around 5.30pm).

What’s included in my membership?
You’ll be able to use all of our facilities and enjoy all the Group Exercise classes. If you ever want a new gym programme, all you need to do is let us know and we’ll arrange an appointment for you with a gym consultant. Find out more about what’s included in your membership.

I know that some gyms charge extra for Spin classes – does Lifestyle?
No – our Spin classes are included in your membership, though if you want to reserve your seat there is a $2.50 booking fee. Otherwise just turn up and join in.
