Your first step towards a new body If you want to improve your body shape, Firm & Tone is a great way to start. This simple module helps you tone, shape and strengthen all of your muscle groups and can be easily tailored to focus on any areas you want to target.
The results Firm & Tone will get you started by ensuring you do the right exercises in the correct way. It will also help you achieve:
- A leaner, better shaped body
- Reduced body-fat percentage
- A faster metabolism that burns body fat more efficiently
- Stronger muscles and improved functional ability
- Improved energy levels
- Decreased stress levels
How it works All you need to do is commit for a minimum of six 30-minute sessions. Your Results-Based Trainer will then:
- Design a programme to help you reach your toning and shaping goals
- Guide you through each session with an emphasis on form, technique and intensity
- Set you cardio homework to help reduce your body fat
- Offer nutritional advice in line with your specific goals
- Manage and monitor your progress so that you keep motivated and on track
It’s up to you, but we recommend starting with at least one session a week for the best results.
