Get fighting fit fast!
Fighting Fit is a great way to enjoy a fast-paced cardio work out and build up your confidence at the same time. The sessions focus on one-on-one boxing, kick-boxing or circuit training and are ideal for anyone looking for greater variety in their work outs.

The results
As well as learning correct boxing and self-defence techniques (and having heaps of fun), Fighting Fit will help you achieve:

  • Increased fitness levels
  • Reduced body fat
  • Improved muscle definition
  • Increased strength and power
  • Improved self-esteem/confidence
  • Decreased stress levels

How it works
All you need to do is commit for a minimum of six 30-minute sessions. Your Fighting Fit Trainer will then:

  • Design a targeted work out based on some of the following options:
    -Boxing 1-on-1
    -Kick-Boxing 1-on-1
    -Circuit 1-on-1
    -Circuit 1-on-2
  • Offer nutritional advice in line with our health and fitness goals
  • Manage and monitor your progress to keep you motivated and on track

It’s up to you, but we recommend doing one session a week for the best results.

NB: All of our Fighting Fit Trainers are experienced in either boxing or martial arts.
