Drop a Dress Size Includes:
- initial assessment and optional photo to get you started
- 12 sessions - that's two team training workouts per week to keep you motivated
- weekly weigh-ins, nutritional log and exercise diary to keep a track of your progress
- nutritional advice and exercise plans provide you with the knowledge and tools to succeed
- extra support, team spirit and collective drive that comes from working as a team.
