A fun, sociable course that’s designed to challenge you both mentally and physically, Bootcamp is unlike any fitness regime you’ve ever experienced.

Each week you and your comrades will report to base at a nearby park where your Sergeant will assign you a series of demanding army drills. Based on training programmes developed by military forces, these drills will challenge you and your team to work strategically.

Here’s the drill:

  • Combines cardio and strength exercises with team-based activities 
  • Fun way to achieve your personal goals
  • Sergeant sets objectives for your team to see through
  • Proven way to improve your fitness, strength and muscle tone
  • Helps boost your confidence
  • One hour session each week for 8 weeks
  • Fitness assessments taken both before and after 
  • Includes free Bootcamp training t-shirt
  • Great for all fitness levels

Bootcamp also makes a great team building exercise for sports teams and corporate organisations. Ask us about arranging a one-off session for you.
