The ZUMBA® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked! ZUMBA® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a ZUMBA® class!

FREE – No charge for members (casuals $15.00) (No free passes – complimentarys)
OPEN TO PUBLIC – Wednesdays LH & UH 40 minute class entry via Gold Coin donation. All donations will be given to local charities. Members are also welcome at this class at no charge.
ZUMBA FAQs
- What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable gym clothes; tank top and shorts or pants. Bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel also thanks. - Do I need special footwear?
This is a is a fitness class so we recommend you wear normal trainers/tennis or jazz shoes, they should have some cushioning. - Can I bring a friend?
Your friends are very welcome, it costs non-members $15 to try ZUMBA OR Bring them to our Wednesday Open To The Public 40 minute class where entry for a non member is via a Gold Coin donation, members are free as normal. (SORRY no free passes or Trials Passes accepted for our other ZUMBA classes). - What is the Intro Class? This class is 30 minutes long as is specifically for those new to Zumba or those wanting to work on making sure their technique is correct. Each of the moves are run through by the Instructor.
