
Group Exercise
Get fit and have fun with Group Exercise!
At Lifestyle, gym classes are known as ‘Group Exercise’. We believe that exercising in a group is one of the most fun and motivating ways to get fit. Judging by the popularity of our classes, our members do too.
If you’re new to Group Exercise, just pick a beginners’ class you like the sound of and give it a go. You’ve got nothing to lose (except perhaps a kilo or two!), and our helpful instructors will make sure that you get off on the right foot.
- Great range of classes – from Beginners’ Yoga to ThaiFit Xtreme
- Different classes to suit different fitness levels
- Classes are 55 minutes long, unless otherwise indicated (MuscleXpress is 35 minutes)
- Bring comfortable clothing, trainers, drink bottle and sweat towel (we also recommend bringing your own gloves for BoxFit)

- MuscleXpress: resistance (total body)
- BoxFit: cardio/resistance/core and it’s FUN!
- RiDE: interval training
- ThaiFit: kickbox cardio/back and arm tone
- Pilates: strength/flexibility/posture
- Yoga: relaxation/flexibility/posture
